The Anoothi Collection is a collaboration with a women's social empowerment programme, outside Jaipur. The project provides re-training facilities for rural, vulnerable women and sex workers to learn the heritage skills of hand-block printing, tailoring and kantha quilting. We are supporting their work to fund more women onto the programme, through a collection of quilts and throws - upcycled from vintage saris and hand-quilted by the women of the Anoothi. The sale of these products will provide them with a viable livelihood and fair wage to support their families and give them a sense of empowerment and worth.
