Just as we create consciously and with sustainability in mind, so we encourage our customers to shop with us in a mindful way. Below are details of our global shipping methods and returns policy. All our items are handmade in limited quantities and we want each purchase to be loved and cherished in your wardrobe or home for years to come. UK - free over £125

Standard shipping - £3.95

Europe - from £14.95 (larger items e.g. quilts £40);


PLEASE NOTE: International deliveries are tracked and signed for but due delays with Customs, orders could take up to 10 days to be delivered. Please also be aware that any Customs Taxes and Duties are payable by the customer at point of receipt. We have extended our returns policy to 28-days for European orders, please email hello@dilligrey.com to chat to Isabella before ordering if you are at all unsure on sizing/fit.

RETURNS PROCESS:

**Please note our returns shipping address has changed, you will be sent all shipping details once your return request has been authorised. Please wait to send back any returns to us until you receive this confirmation.**

Unfortunately any items returned that have been worn, soiled or are outside this 28-day period cannot be refunded. Sale items have a 14-day returns window.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28-days (14-days for sale goods) of the date of shipment and they are in perfect, original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging intact.

If you'd like to return any item use our hassle-free online returns portal here - you will be guided through the quick steps to request a return and then notified with your shipping instructions once your return has been approved.

Once we receive your item back and it has been checked you will be notified and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, or you can request store credit with us if you prefer.

PLEASE DO WAIT UNTIL YOUR RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED BEFORE POSTING IT TO US AND INCLUDE ALL PAPERWORK TO ALLOW US TO IDENTIFY YOUR RETURN. WE AIM TO PROCESS RETURN REQUESTS WITHIN 1-3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM.

Please remember that even if you decide you would like to return the item we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully folding the item and putting it back into the bag provided. 

All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.
