Three Ways I’ve Worn the Asha 2-in-1 Dress/ Skirt All Summer

There are always one or two pieces in my wardrobe that unwittingly become the heroes of the season. They aren’t necessarily the newest or the loudest but they’re simply the ones I find myself reaching for again and again.

This summer, without question, that piece has been our Asha 2-in-1 Bandeau Dress & Skirt.

I own all three prints, and they’ve been on a constant wash-and-wear rotation. They’re the pieces I’ve packed for weekends away, thrown on for hot days in London, worn to dinner by the sea and reached for when I simply wanted to feel comfortable, colourful and effortlessly put together.

Some days have been so warm that getting dressed has felt like a challenge. Asha has been my answer almost every time.

I wear her as a skirt with a simple ribbed cotton vest tucked in, my favourite sunglasses and silver Kolhapuri sandals. It’s an outfit that feels polished without trying too hard, and because the organic cotton is so breathable, it stays comfortable all day long.

Finish with a woven market basket and you’re ready for coffee, lunch, wandering through Columbia Road, browsing a market or meeting friends for dinner.

The best part? This exact outfit wouldn’t look out of place strolling through a Greek island, wandering the streets of Mallorca or exploring the South of France. It’s one of those rare combinations that works just as beautifully abroad as it does at home.

2. From Beach Days to Sunset Drinks

This might be my favourite way to wear Asha.

Pull the shirred panel up over the bust and she transforms into an easy bandeau maxi dress she is perfect for warm beach days, lazy lunches overlooking the sea or wandering between little boutiques.

I love styling the green print with matching block-printed headscarf, colourful beaded jewellery and simple pink sandals. The look feels relaxed, joyful and unmistakably summery.

When evening arrives, there’s no need to change.

Simply swap the headscarf for a beautifully draped pashmina, add a statement earring, a bold cuff bracelet and a small clutch bag. Suddenly the same dress feels ready for sunset cocktails or dinner by the water.

It’s exactly the sort of piece I love packing because one garment creates multiple outfits, saving precious suitcase space without compromising on style.

3. The Perfect City Break Companion

If I’m travelling, comfort is everything—but I still want to feel like myself.

One of my favourite combinations is wearing Asha as a skirt with an oversized linen shirt or an airy cotton voile blouse tied casually at the waist. It creates an easy silhouette that feels effortlessly chic while remaining wonderfully practical for sightseeing.

Add your most comfortable trainers, leather sandals or espadrilles and you’re ready to explore all day.
