Europe - from £14.95 (larger items e.g. quilts £40); PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are tracked and signed for but due delays with Customs, orders could take up to 10 days to be delivered. Please also be aware that any Customs Taxes and Duties are payable by the customer at point of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28-days of the date of shipment and they are in perfect, original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging intact.
If you'd like to return any item simply download our returns slip and include it with your item when returning - DOWNLOAD HERE
If you are unable to print this slip just include the following details on a piece of paper with your returning item: your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return.
To enable us to accept your return, we need all the information above to find your order and refund it. Without these details we will not be able to process your return for you.
Next, simply post your goods back to us in an unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags within 28 days of the date on your shipping confirmation email.
Unfortunately any items returned that have been worn, soiled or are outside this 28-day period cannot be refunded.
Please remember that even if you decide you would like to return the item we would appreciate your care and attention in carefully folding the item and putting it back into the bag provided.

Our Customer Services team will process your return and if it meets the guidelines above they will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
