100% Cashmere Chevron Scarf – Winter White Marl

A beautifully soft, oversized cashmere scarf, hand-loomed for us in Kashmir in a delicate fine chevron of Winter White Marl. Generously proportioned at 70 x 200cm, it has that wonderful enveloping quality that makes a great cashmere scarf feel so luxurious — light, warm and incredibly soft against the skin.

This is perhaps our softest and most understated colourway. A beautiful winter white yarn is subtly marled with the palest whisper of grey, giving the scarf gentle depth and texture while still reading as a wonderfully fresh, creamy neutral. Effortlessly wearable, it works beautifully with camel, chocolate, grey and winter whites, and looks particularly lovely layered tonally with other soft neutrals.

Our cashmere is made for us by a family-run artisan workshop in Srinagar, in the Kashmir Valley — the historic home of cashmere weaving. Established in 1965, the workshop continues to work on a small scale, using traditional handlooms rather than mass-production knitting. It’s this slower process and generations of textile knowledge that give each scarf its beautifully soft handle and character.
