Lara Smocked Hand-Block Printed Midi Dress in Burgundy

Meet Lara, a new shape with a romantic spirit. Her wide scoop neckline frames the collarbones, while soft smocking defines the waist before opening into a beautifully swishy midi skirt. Feminine, a little alluring and still wonderfully easy to wear.

An adjustable neckline with a small front notch and tie lets you wear her a little more open or gently drawn in. Softly full sleeves finish with elasticated cuffs, balancing the shape through the waist with a little volume.

Vintage pink motifs sit against a deep burgundy background, bringing our signature hand-block printing to this new silhouette. Both the bodice and skirt are lined, giving Lara a beautifully finished feel, with side-seam pockets tucked into the folds. Always pockets.

Wear her with little ballet pumps and a favourite necklace, as we have here, or winter boots, knitwear and an oversized scarf when the temperature drops. Come summer, she needs little more than sandals. A dress to make your own and keep reaching for, year after year.

Soft smocking gives definition and flexibility through the waist, with a full skirt that moves freely. The tie neckline can be adjusted to suit you. Midi length will vary depending on your height.
