We are proud to showcase the photographic work of a member of our Jaipur creative team, Puneet Yadav. We work with Puneet on all our location shoots in Rajasthan for Dilli Grey and we are bringing some of his landmark images to the UK for the first time. Puneet offers photography tours of Jaipur and you can follow him on Instagram here to view more of his beautiful, wanderlust imagery.
The Hawal Mahal - or the 'Palace of the Winds' is situated in central Jaipur, a palace built from pink sandstone in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh over 5 floors, the 953 windows were designed to allow the royal ladies (the 'Maharanis') to observe everyday life and festivals celebrated in the street below without being seen.
NOTE: These images have been watermarked to protect Puneet's copyright - these will obviously be removed on the final product.
Details:
We have created 50 not-for-profit prints, with all royalties going directly to Puneet. Each will be printed to order on gallery-quality Fuji Crystal DP II paper with a deep matte finish and 3cm white border. Available in A3 or A4 size. Unmounted.
